This is an online class, taught live in real-UK-time. You can access this privately through our website or through your Zoom app. (really easy to do)

An online class is NOT for the following people
1) Anyone who has never exercises before: You need to be taught the right technique and proper form. Plus you need to be taught to "Feel" the right move to avoid injury. In-person is the best choice here.
2) Anyone in any kind of rehabilitative environment: When testing and fine-tuning is required, there is no substitute for in-person support.
3) High-performance athletes: When the difference between winning and losing is a fraction of a second, you need support from your in-person coach.
