Hello, I'm Renata Perini, a personal trainer and wellbeing coach based in the beautiful city of York. Specialising in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing, I believe in providing a fully committed and individually tailored service to  all my clients who live in York and the surrounding villages. I'm fully qualified in both Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Metafitâ„¢, the 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) sensation that's taking the world by storm. I can offer class based sessions or 1-2-1 sessions and even livestream virtual sessions via Zoom if you'd prefer. All classes and sessions follow the latest up-to-date government guidelines.

To complement my fitness portfolio, I'm also a practising Reiki practitioner - this allows me to concentrate and focus on my clients' wellbeing in addition to their fitness and nutritional needs. I'm currently studying diploma courses in mindful nutrition, the gut brain connection and raw food nutrition. Last (but by no means least!) I am an independent Herbalife member and have been enjoying the benefits of this global nutritional brand for many years.

Reiki Practitioner



Reiki is Japanese for universal life energy, and is also used to describe a system of natural healing. The relaxing nature of Reiki can be beneficial, especially at difficult times in our lives. Reiki treatments can bring you feelings of peace, wellbeing and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life.

Metafit bodyweight training



Metafit is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

Freestyle Fitness Yoga



Freestyle Fitness Yoga uses deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercises. Concentrating on the physical aspect, we use Yoga postures that endorse strength, stability and increase flexibility. Ending with a period of relaxation, FFY is the perfect way to stretch and relax and is great after Metafit!

Mindful Nutrition



Too often, our emotions and habits, coupled with addictive properties of everyday foods, play a part in our mindless eating. Mindful nutrition is focused on the fundamentals of healthy nutrition and eating with awareness, and explores the overwhelming link between our mind, our body and the food we eat.
